Haven't started watching?

If you haven't pressed Play yet, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of renting.

Something went wrong?

If a technical problem on our side stops you from watching and we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.

Already watched?

Once your 48-hour viewing period has started, rentals can't be refunded, except for the technical problems described above.

How to ask

Email Mordy@fisgusfilms.com from the email address you rented with. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to the rental

When a refund is issued, the rental ends right away.
