Terms of Use
These terms apply when you create an account or rent a film on streamingtov.com. Streaming Tov is operated by Fisgus Films LLC.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account private, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be old enough to make purchases where you live, or have a parent or guardian rent for you.
Rentals
- When you rent a film, you have 30 days to start watching.
- Your 48-hour viewing period starts the first time you press Play. During those 48 hours you can watch as many times as you like.
- When the 48 hours end, or if you don't start within 30 days, the rental ends automatically.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.
Personal viewing only
A rental is for private, non-commercial viewing by you and your household. Your account can play on one screen at a time. You may not copy, record, download, share your sign-in, re-stream, or show the film publicly or for a fee.
Devices
Films play in current web browsers on phones, tablets and computers, and can be cast to a TV with AirPlay or Chromecast. A stable internet connection is needed. We can't guarantee every device or network will work.
Ending access
We may end a rental or close an account that breaks these terms. A refund or a payment dispute ends the rental it applies to.
Payments and privacy
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep your email address and your rental history so you can sign in and watch, and we use your email to send sign-in codes and rental confirmations.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to rentals made after it's posted.
